1. Assist in formulating the company's rules and regulations and supervise and inspect the implementation of the system;
2. Be fully responsible for the attendance, salary accounting, entry, resignation, transfer, promotion and other procedures of the company's employees, and provide consulting services on salary and welfare for all departments;
3. Responsible for handling labor relations, labor contract filing, social security handling, etc;

5. Mainly implement recruitment, selection, interview, re-examination and induction;
6. Properly keep the personnel related data and make preparations for the factory inspection related data;

8. Be responsible for the statistics, report preparation and analysis of human resources;

Qualifications:

Education background:
◆ Bachelor degree or above, major in management, supply chain, logistics, science and engineering;
Work experience:
